Paddy Pimblett next opponent revealed

Looks like Paddy Pimblett might’ve just had his next opponent basically teased… and not in the usual way — this one came straight off a “menu.”

Pimblett already let it slip he’s locked in for UFC 329 in Las Vegas, but he’s been keeping quiet about who he’s facing. That didn’t last long though, because Benoit Saint-Denis just dropped a pretty cheeky hint online.

Saint-Denis posted an AI-style Instagram clip where he’s flipping through a restaurant menu — except every item is one of his past opponents turned into a burger. Mauricio Ruffy shows up as Brazilian beef with salsa, Beneil Dariush gets labeled as some “never seen the light of day” beef, and Dan Hooker is basically a thinly pounded cut.

Then comes the interesting one — “Le Rosbeef.” That’s roast beef… aka the classic English stereotype.

Now connect the dots. Pimblett’s a Liverpool lad, and there aren’t exactly loads of British names sitting high up in the lightweight rankings. Fans didn’t need long to figure out what Saint-Denis was getting at.

Right now, Saint-Denis is sitting at number five in the division, while Pimblett is coming off a rough night after taking his first UFC loss against Justin Gaethje at UFC 324. That was a five-round war for the interim belt, and it didn’t go his way.

If this hint is legit, UFC 329 could be his bounce-back — but it won’t be an easy one.

And honestly, that card is already looking stacked. Conor McGregor is heavily linked to making his return there, with Dana White saying talks are moving in the right direction. On top of that, Daniel Rodriguez has mentioned a fight with Leon Edwards, and rising heavyweight Gable Steveson is already confirmed.

If that “menu hint” turns out to be real, Pimblett vs Saint-Denis might quietly be one of the most interesting fights on the whole card.

Paddy was also recently talking to to IFLtv and had some harsh words for his previous opponent Justin Gaethje :

“I’m gonna be back and someone’s getting muftied. I’m coming back for revenge after I lost my last fight. It’s one of them. Everyone loses and that’s how you learn. It’s how you get better. I probably learned more from losing that fight than winning seven other UFC fights, but I’ll be back better and stronger. And everyone’s gonna see.”

“I’ve always said it’s in me destiny that I’m gonna be the world champion, and I will. At some point in your career you need a loss to realize stuff, and I think that was that point in my career. And hopefully I get the rematch with Gaethje, I got nothing but respect for him but he’s a dirty bastard poking me in the eyes. So I really hope we get that rematch some day.”
